CLAAS Receives Dealer’s Choice Award in Full-Line Category
The relationship between you and your equipment dealer is supremely important. Your dealer’s relationship with their manufacturers is also crucial, because it affects everything from product and service quality to parts availability and technical support.
In 2021, the Equipment Dealers Association asked their dealers in a comprehensive survey what they thought of their manufacturers and CLAAS came out on top, earning the company their third Dealer’s Choice Award.
The EDA Manufacturer Dealer Survey Explained
Every year, the Equipment Dealers Association (EDA) conducts a Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey, giving equipment dealers the chance to rate the companies who product the products they represent.
In this survey, EDA considers CLAAS a full-line manufacturer as we “produce, distribute, and market a full complement of farm and ranch equipment including combines, harvesting machines, tractors and implements.”
CLAAS Rankings
Of the 11 rated categories, dealers considered Product Quality to be the top priority. CLAAS outshines the competition, with a whopping 6.16 out of 7.0 rating, with 7.0 being extremely satisfied.
Parts Availability ranked next in importance, and again CLAAS ranked highest (tied with John Deere) with a score of 5.62. Did we mention that CLAAS was also the top scorer in:
- Overall Satisfaction
- Product Availability
- Product Technical Support
- Parts Quality
- Return Privileges
- Communications with Management
- Manufacturer Response to Dealer Needs/Concerns
That’s the top score in 8 out of 11 categories, and CLAAS was in the top two in the remaining three - Warranty Procedures, Warranty Payments, and Marketing & Advertising Support.
