Still Keeping You Running
In this crazy world of COVID-19, there seems to be few certainties in life. The local barber. Your favorite restaurant. Your place of worship. Even if your usual haunts are open for business, many are not quite back to “normal.”
Through it all, thanks to a wonderful and dedicated group of employees, our CLAAS Parts teams throughout North America have remained open and committed to serving your needs. New cleaning procedures, safety precautions and social distancing protocols have not made things any easier. Split shifts in our Columbus, Indiana warehouse have put fewer people on the floor at one time, but have expanded our hours of operation to keep up with the demand. More structured interaction with delivery drivers ensure that we remain safe while still being “distanced”.
As farmers get back into their fields, and forage harvesting gets under way, we continue to make our “machine down” emergency deliveries a priority; as well as stay on top of standard parts deliveries.
We would like to thank all of you who keep planting, growing and harvesting, in spite of the additional challenges you’ve faced over the last several months. Your level of commitment is recognized and has inspired us at CLAAS to do that same!
