In the event of a claim, all necessary CLAAS ORIGINAL spare parts (excluding wear parts), along with repairs carried out by your qualified CLAAS dealer are covered. With MAXI CARE Maintenance, you have the regular maintenance and service of your CLAAS machine under control. The maintenance agreement enables precise planning and execution of the required service and inspections for your machine. Machines that have been regularly maintained by trained CLAAS technicians with CLAAS ORIGINAL parts typically can achieve a higher resale value - and thanks to regular maintenance, they provide greater uptime.

Individual maintenance agreements can be purchased with a term of up to ten years for all tractors, combine harvesters, forage harvesters, and balers in the CLAAS product range. The yearly operating ranges are similar to MAXI CARE Protect with annual usage ranging from 100 hours per year to 1,250 hours per year depending on the type of machine and type of contract.  

Maintenance advantage: Fixed, calculable costs per year and per operating hour for completing all service inspections and maintenance with the support of your CLAAS dealer and a maintenance calculator that knows your machine.  Your CLAAS dealer can use the maintenance calculator to calculate either an individual or long-term maintenance agreement for your machine. Required spare parts and operating materials as well as the service and inspection points are calculated based on the details of your specific machine.
