Bale density.

Steel rollers with heavy sidewalls make sure each bale is pressed tightly. This maximizes your trips across the field and quality of the baled crop. Each machine is built to handle the harsh conditions of silage baling, ensuring a long machine life no matter thecrop harvested. Some models are equipped with the MAXIMUM PRESSURE SYSTEM that uses a swivel-mounted roller segment to press against the forage as the bale expands. These features allow the ROLLANT fixed chamber to produce dense bales with weights that rival variable chamber balers from the competition.

Crop flow.

Reliability and performance are two things that shouldn't be questionable when talking about the baler's crop flow. ROLLANT round balers are built to handle all types of crops from sticky fescue to delicate alfalfa. The pickup, crop guard, and rotor are all positioned close together for seamless hand-off of the crop and to limit the risk of plugging. Even in high volume crops, the incoming material can be seen from the operator's seat.

Tying cycle.

You have the choice of securing bales with either twine or net wrap on most ROLLANT models. Bales are tied quickly with either option, keeping standstill time to a minimum so that time is maximized in the field. The tailgate is opened and closed with dual-acting cylinders so that the complete tying cycle only takes seconds.
